H4H is all about mastering the human journey and making it our most epic one yet. Unraveling the parts of us that remain hidden and obscure, so that we can express ourselves completely, vulnerably and authentically. Deep within us lies some trauma, some pain, some defects and that’s ok, because we all have it. It’s how we deal with it that sets us apart from one another. By facing our shadow, we can heal ourselves, to heal the world.
The first step is acknowledging our broken pieces, and making peace with it, the second step is taking steps to forgiveness, and the third is doing the healing work to mend these pieces and make ourselves whole and authentic again.
H4H is here to guide you through the process of becoming your best version!

Origin
How did we come into existence?
H4HF, our non-profit, was founded in 2017. The goal was to bring holistic health practices, and alternative medicine to communities in need. Our practitioners have donated their services and resources during natural disasters, and humanitarian crises, as well as create incredible transformative fundraising events.
Our goal hasn’t changed, it’s only grown to become a broader powerful catalyst in the transformation of our current healthcare and education sphere. We are partnering with organizations in these sectors to evolve dated systems, to heal the root cause of personal and societal issues, by creating the framework and programs for a positive shift in how we live and how we create.

The mission of our telehealth platform is to bring the best in alternative medicine to a broader audience at a free & lower cost! To gamify healing and wellness making it fun and inspiring. To build a supportive community culture that is inclusive, and builds a worldwide movement of healing!
